Tri-Med Pharmacy Services, LLC started operation in December 1995. At that time Tri-Med serviced 150 beds with one goal. Our goal was and still is today, to provide senior care residents and their caregivers with the best pharmacy services possible.
The hallmark of Tri-Med Pharmacy Services has always been our dedication to customer service. We are still a privately owned and operated pharmacy. We currently service over 5000 patients out of our two locations in Nashville and Memphis, Tennessee. We will be opening our third pharmacy in Cleveland, Tennessee this fall. Our locations in the state allow us to easily offer the patients and facilities timely service and convenient, routine deliveries.
